APPEARING in the Moora Magistrates Court on June 13 Clayton John Bellwood (34) was fined $1000, ordered to pay $125.70 court costs and was issued with six months loss of driver’s licence for driving a motor vehicle exceeding the speed limit by 45 kmh or more.
Steven Howard Brioscoe (45) was fined $400 with $125.70 court costs for being in possession of cannabis.
John Dillon Clohesy (45) was fined $500 with $125.70 court costs for being in possession of cannabis.
Matthys Du Plessis (45) was fined $400 with $125.70 court costs and nine months cumulative loss of driver’s licence for driving while under fines suspension.
Anthony Michael Dyer (31) received two counts of 12 months each suspended imprisonment orders to be served concurrently and fined court costs of $66 for two counts of driving a motor vehicle while not being legally entitled to do so.
He was also fined $900 with $125.70 court costs and 10 months loss of driver’s licence for driving or attempting to drive a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level in excess of 0.08 grams.
Brett Douglas Hamson (54) was fined $200 with $125.70 court costs for an unlicensed vehicle (permit use).
Gregory James Indich (34) received 12 months imprisonment with $110 in fines for four counts of stealing, three counts of burglary in the place of another person without consent, two counts of burglary with intent in dwelling, aggravated burglary with intent in place, possession of unlicensed ammunition, breach of bail undertaking and escaping from lawful custody.
Malcolm Arron Indich (28) was issued with a bench warrant for unlawfull assault with circumstances of aggravation.

Frank Steven Osborne (47) was fined $400 and $125.70 court costs for possession of cannabis and for possession of a smoking utensil used for smoking a prohibited drug.
Ashley Kenneth Parfitt (28) was issued with a 12 month community based order for unlawful assault and thereby did bodily harm with circumstances of aggravation.

Caitlin Nicole Winmar (22) was fined $66 court costs and issued with a nine month community based order to be served concurrently for unlawful assault with circumstances of aggravation.
