Club president Phil Martin said the Moora swimmers did the club proud.

“They are great ambassadors for Moora,” he said.

Most swimmers achieved personal best times or better with some outstanding individual achievements on the day.

Medal winners on the day were -

Butterfly: Ashley Warrell, Kyle Murray, Luke Jackson and Heather Chapman.

Breaststroke: Ethan Baldwin-Wright, Tori Glover, Kyle Murray, Cody Warrell, Jade Kohlen, Dakota Baldwin-Wright, Mikayla Glover, Michael Main, Virginia and Heather Chapman.

Backstroke: Ethan Baldwin-Wright, Kyle Murray, Cody Warrell, Ashley Warrell, John Main and Cristy Brown.

Freestyle: Ethan Baldwin-Wright, Kyle Murray, Cody Warrell, Michael and John Main.

John Main also broke the country swimming record for the men’s open 200 metres freestyle.
