250 escape heat at VACSWIM

28 Jan, 2010 11:06 AM
VACSWIM swimming lessons were on at the Moora swimming pool during the school holidays and were attended by some 250 children.

The popular statewide program has been running for 90 years and is subsidised by the State Government, making it very affordable for everyone to take part in.

Organisers say it was no problem to get everyone in the water as the weather proved to be extremely hot and the children all enjoyed their lessons.
