School has confidence in stability

18 Feb, 2010 01:33 PM
CENTRAL Midlands Senior High School is experiencing the benefits that flow from stability of its workforce.

With no changes in the administration members and three newly appointed teachers, the school community is feeling positive about 2010.

This stability has enabled significant forward planning to occur last year which has resulted in a very smooth and positive start to the new school year.

“Our students sense and appreciate the continuity to, as expectations for social and academic excellence are entrenched and uniformly adhered to,” principal John Stone said.

“This is part of the renewal program currently being undertaken by the CMSHS community where the physical appearance and facilities are being upgraded, a detailed audit of all operations is being conducted and an analysis of better ways to structure the curriculum is being undertaken.

“In these ways we believe that our parents will have increased confidence that they have made the right choice in sending their children to CMSHS.”
