Buntine growers plan holiday on CSBP

25 Sep, 2008 02:18 PM
WEST Buntine growers Daniel and Lisa Bryant are looking forward to a family holiday to Queensland after winning one of 27 travel vouchers up for grabs with CSBP’s Fertiliser Supply Agreement last year.

Farmers entered the draw for the $2500 vouchers by signing and returning their FSAs by the September 28 closing date.

The winners had the opportunity to put the vouchers toward their own travel package.

CSBP received such a good response to the incentive promotion that it has decided to offer it again with the new 2008-2009 FSA.

To go in the running this year, growers need to submit their FSAs by September 30.

The Bryant family are looking forward to visiting Queensland’s popular theme parks and family attractions next February.

The Bryants will stay at the Gold Coast and some of their intended destinations during the 10-day trip include Movie World, Dream World and Australia Zoo.

Mr Bryant said it was great to win the travel voucher.

“It was more of a matter of when we could find time to use it,” he said.

He said the season at West Buntine was looking good after they received 30mm of rain on August 27.

“It puts a smile on your face,” he said.

“At this stage, things are shaping up alright.”
